Sanctuary Cities: Dangerous & Deadly

San Francisco is one such deadly sanctuary city. In May of 2008, Anthony Bologna, a 48-year-old man driving home from a family outing, was murdered—along with two of his sons—by an El Salvadoran MS-13 gang member.

The patchwork array of sanctuary cities around the country is leaving dangerous criminal illegal aliens on America’s streets.

Local municipalities in these sanctuary cities prevent their officials from reporting illegals—even those with criminal records—to Immigrations and Customs enforcement (ICE), and it is costing American lives.

Sanctuary cities are against the law. In fact they violate two federal statutes.

“The case against sanctuary cities is very straightforward,” Kris Kobach, principal author of the Arizona SB 1070 enforcement law told HUMAN EVENTS in an exclusive interview. “There are two laws that Congress passed in 1996 that expressly forbid sanctuary cities and they are found at Title 8 Section 1373 and Title 8 Section 1644 of the U.S. Code. Those statutes say in plain English that a city may not have a policy that prohibits its officers from communicating with the federal government about a person’s immigration status.”

  • Is there a national map of where these sanctuary cities are so the I and other American citizens that would like to go on vacations or do buisness in these cities could be aware what these cities allow so we won’t give money to these cities to support law breakers.

  • The nation, such as it is, has come to a point where We The People can look at the National Government, State and Municipalities and say that we select by ourselves which laws we wish to observe or not.

Here in Houston, “Space” City USA the rotten parts of Mexico have like a mold, taken over swaths of the city. Illegals squat on street corners in our “Space City” like Toltecs of old waiting on the greedy Gringo to pick him up for a day of work. All illegal and all perfectly acceptable by our Mayor.

Bill White who is running for the Governor of Texas was the mayor of Houston. You can count on Bill White on ignoring the laws per illegals, from Houston to the entire State. Funny however, you have our current Governor, Rick Perry, talking mighty big about the illegals but sitting on his soft State fed hands. He knows that his fiery talk resonates with Texans that are more than fed up with Mexico sitting in our lap and picking our pockets and he also knows that he is the only game in town.

Do not look for Perry to follow the brave, the courageous, Gov. Brewer of Arizona before the State election nor likely afterwords. This is sad as the various States are a check, an iceberg, on the tyranny of the Federal Titanic, the Federal dictatorship that is sailing at full breakneck speed without a care. If there is ever a time for such a dreadful ship to sink, the occasion has been made available by Obama and the time is now.

Thank you MS-13, thank you Mexico/Latin America and your seedy minions for We the People have had more than enough.
