Using race, ethnicity is just a ploy. Unions used the same ruse (being working class) to gain seats on corporate boards; once seated, they and fellow travelers slowly let loose the termites that destroy world-class companies -- and all just to satisfy a socialist's sociopathic tendencies that are both welcome and nurtured by the evil that is Marxism.
