See the St. Paul ‘happy-slapping’ video that has police and citizens outraged
St. Paul police have arrested an adult and a juvenile in connection with a series of random attacks in Minneapolis and St. Paul, which were recorded on video and posted on YouTube.
The adult from Oakdale, whose age was not released, was booked into the Ramsey County Jail, while a 17-year-old with no listed hometown, was taken to a juvenile detention center. Both were booked Tuesday on suspicion of strong-arm robbery and aggravated assault, according to St. Paul police reports. Charges do not appear to have been filed.
Several other suspects have been identified but have not yet been arrested, police said.
A police report showed that at least one person came forward after he was tackled behind by an unknown male at 6 p.m. Nov. 14 while walking eastbound on Grand Avenue near Avon Street in St. Paul.
“Assault was probably posted on YouTube”, the report said.

I really wish these primates would try that here. I’m itching and waiting for one day, some black to pull this “happy slap”, or try their black anger on me. The report fails to note the assailants are black and victims always white.
• In one video clip, labelled Bitch Slap, a youth approaches a woman at a bus stop and punches her in the face.
• In another, Knockout Punch, a group of boys wearing uniforms are shown leading another boy across an unidentified school playground before flooring him with a single blow to the head.
• In a third, Bank Job, a teenager is seen assaulting a hole-in-the-wall customer while another youth grabs the money he has just withdrawn from the cash machine.
Typical of these sorts of people, isn’t it?
Notice that all of the black punks targets were mainly whites at least 20-30yr older than them,next it will be assaults on females just like in afrika,keep standing by and allowing this is your result. While I agree with most of the comments posted here, as a resident of Arizona I can tell you that as hanis as these situations are, non of them warranted the action of using a concealed wepon. As much as this pisses all of us law abiding citizens off, we must use good judgment when faced with uncomfortable situations. If your life is threatened, you use deadly force to stop the threat…Not to kill someone, to “Stop the Threat”. What I would wish for is that these punks would pick on the wrong person one time, and get their clocks cleaned out. Intimidation is 90 percent of someone’s scare tactic. If you were to punch that big black guy that was bullying the littler guy, and keep punching him till he is rendered “not a threat” the police will send you on your way. Personally, I would rather stand up to all of them and take an ass whoopin just to show them that they are not really all they think they are, and if more people would do that, soon, they would be the weak ones. Because of people like yourself who allow criminals to operate freely and embolden them by your cowardly inaction you create a situation where they feel power. They feed off this power and most likely this will lead to more frequent attacks which a percentage will be more violent than the one before. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO ASSAULT ANYBODY IN THIS COUNTRY. As I see it, something as simple as shoving someone off a bike could lead to serious head injury, broken bones or paralysis. This type of thing will happen more and more frequently unitll good people stand up and say “NO, we will NOT tolerate predatory behavior in our neighborhoods.” Check out the headlines from Florida over the past year. We have monthly occurences where concealed weapon holders have fought back. Guess what? Our violent crime rate is at a 35 year low!

this action goes to show you that poor immagrants that move to this country to get out of their shit hole society do not understand the proper laws and how to abide by them. i think there needs to be a more adequate way to enter the states such as a requirement to pass a test about ALL of our laws and all of the things that are considered wrong. i also agree that if anyone ever did that to someone else than the victim has the right to fight back until the victim feels safe. not only until the attacker is rendered no longer a threat but until the victim feels that the attacker is no longer able to assault them anymore
Blacks are not courageous fighters. They travel in groups and rely on sucker punching you to get their jollies. Whites have to start fighhting back.
