Video: ACORN Affilliate Shows Its Hatred for Dissent
The Alternative Right

And the impossibility of conservatism.
It’s 1964. A stranger approaches and tells you two political movements will arise in the near future, the New Left and the New Right. One of these movements will dominate American politics for a good quarter century. Indeed, political scientists will define the entire period in terms of the ascendancy of this group; historians will write books naming this age after the movement’s most successful leader. Politicians, scholars, and activists on right and left will go so far as to call it a “Revolution.”
Imagine then that you could look at the America (such as it is) of November 5, 2008, at the end of this era.
The election of “the most liberal man in the Senates” is a crowning moment for a federal welfare state that’s grown steadily for over 50 years, regardless of which party was in office. Each individual state is merely an administrative unit for a centralized bureaucracy. All important decisions are made by the Supreme Court. On social issues, conservatives have been in abject retreat even as leftists bemoan the rise of “Christian fascism.” The ban on School prayer, enacted in 1962 with Engel vs. Vitale, has about as much chance of being overturned as the ’64 Civil Right Act. Gay marriage is a reality in several states. Mass immigration from the Third World is not just permitted but hailed as a moral imperative and encouraged by leaders of both political parties. The children of those immigrants receive preferences in education and job placement over Americans whose roots go back to the Founders.
Iconic American corporations such as McDonald’s, General Motors, and Coca-Cola fund far Left groups with hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants each year—even as some struggle to make profits. Universities are filled with “ethnic studies” and “women’s studies” majors who are skilled in organizing protests against Western Civilization, but can’t read the books that define it. News articles habitually reference public schools removing the names of George Washington or Thomas Jefferson, to be replaced by some community organizer or another who was successful at stealing taxpayer money.
All of the above—and much more, of course—have occurred during and after the “Reagan Revolution” and the mighty deeds of its heroes that are regularly recounted in story and song at the foundations, think-tanks, and non-profits that occupy Northern Virginia. The cadres of Young Americans for Freedom may have gotten elected to office, but we all live in the world of Students for a Democratic Society. During the Age of Reagan and conservative hegemony, the New Left decisively won the culture wars, by largely abolishing, often through state fiat, the previously existing culture.
The American Right won past electoral victories by appealing to Middle America, posing as its defenders against the left-wing radicals who spat on the society that gave them so much privilege. Beyond lip service though, the conservative movement didn’t actually do anything to conserve that society, never mind roll back the gains of the Left.

Italy’s immigrants despair at new laws
Proponents of Italy’s new anti-immigration laws say they are a much-needed response to a serious problem, but critics say they recall the policies of the fascist dictator, Benito Mussolini, reports the BBC World Service’s Madeleine Morris in Milan.
“The life that I’m living in Italy is very poor. I don’t have documents. In Europe, if you don’t have documents, you are nothing - you are an empty vessel.”
Michael - not his real name - is a 19-year-old Sierra Leonean who came to Italy 15 months ago.
He crossed the sea from Libya in a small boat, along with 65 other people. Once they landed in Italy, he claimed asylum.

Paolo Grimaldi, Northern League MP

But Michael’s claim, along with the majority of asylum seekers who land on Italy’s shores, was rejected.
Since then, he has been living illegally in the northern city of Milan, struggling to survive under Italy’s increasingly tough policy on illegal immigrants.

Mexican man gets prison in agent assault case
TUCSON, Ariz. — A Mexican citizen was sentenced Tuesday to nearly five years in federal prison in connection with an assault on a U.S. Border Patrol agent last year.
Prosecutors say 20-year-old Luis Alberto Barron-Sanchez of Hermosillo, Sonora, was sentenced to 57 months after pleading guilty in the case on Jan. 30.
Authorities say Barron-Sanchez was driving a vehicle that contained four illegal immigrants on Jan. 24, 2008, when he was stopped by a Border Patrol agent conducting an immigration check.
They say Barron-Sanchez refused to turn off the ignition and when the agent reached in to do so, Barron-Sanchez sped away.
The agent got caught between the passenger door and the frame of the vehicle, but was able to take out his service weapon and shoot Barron-Sanchez in the leg to get him to stop the vehicle.

Agenda Bookstore hosts far-rightist for book signing (Video)

Norman Lowell
Agenda Bookstore last week granted floor-space to far-rightist Norman Lowell, for the book-signing event of his reprinted book ‘Imperium Europa’.
Carrying the boisterous tagline ‘The Book that Changed the World’, the book is described as a “radical response to the all important questions of the survival of the Europid race – that race of biological aristocrats that gave the world everything.”
Video: Norman Lowell Book Launch here.
Ignoring a direct question on why his retail chain had hosted Lowell for a book-signing, chief executive Malcolm Miller said his company “encouraged freedom of expression”.
“Agenda Bookshop carries thousands of books with a huge diversity of opinion. We do not act as censors, and if anything always encourage freedom of expression. It is up to the reader to decide what they want to read and not our job to obstruct the availability of any material.”
Miller did not reply as to what policy Agenda operates when it grants publicity to authors such as Lowell, whose anti-immigrant sentiment had led to a conviction for incitement to racial hatred.
Lowell was convicted on three charges of incitement, and was handed down a two-year sentence, suspended for four years.
Writing in his internet forum on his book, Lowell says “a great destiny” awaits Malta. “Our island… will become a beacon for all Europids; [a] Mecca of the White Man.”

Obama’s America is awash in brutal black on white crime
CofCC.org News Team
The night of the brutal attack on a white family in Akron, there were ten other white victims treated for attacks. This news has been completely censored by the media and the cowardly Akron police department.
Since the election of Obama in November, crime has been the rise. The most censored and covered up aspect of our current crime wave is rampant and brutal attacks on white people by blacks.
We have been following the savage mob attack on a white family in Akron. Finally, weeks after the attack, we are just now learning that more white people were savagely attacked by blacks on the same night.
A wolf pack of dozens of blacks ran through the city attacking any white person, man, woman, or child, they could find. All while shouting black power slogans. The cowardly Akron police department lied about the details of the attack on the family and said it wa snot race related. The Akron Chief of Police was then humiliated when the Mayor went over his head and called the FBI for help.
From Akron Beacon Journal…
Community leaders are now voicing disgust over the attack, which is an example of the city’s ballooning assault rate.
In police District 6, which includes Firestone Park, reports show that aggravated assaults have more than doubled this year compared with 2008.
The increase in aggravated assaults is even more dramatic in other areas of the city.
What happened on Girard Street is also a symbol of Akron’s hushed racial tension. The victims are white; their attackers are black.
The attack has ignited scores of reaction, including a call for justice for the victims by the Rev. Al Sharpton. [Look at this fictional statement that the Beacon Journal threw in. It is completely false. Al Sharpton did not call for justice for the victims. A reporter called the office of Al Sharpton and spokesman for his group half-heartedly said the perpetrators should be prosecuted. He then added qualifiers, saying that fictional white attackers should also be prosecuted. However he didn't actually point out who these imaginary white attackers of black people are. Al Sharpton has never commented on the events.]
From his view, Alchier said there’s more to the story than has been told.
”The newspapers and the news is not telling the entire story. No one is,” Alchier said from his home in Akron.
Those who witnessed the assault or survived it say this was no isolated incident, and the beatings to Greg Alchier and his friend, Marty Marshall, extended farther than Girard Street that night. A third victim is identified in a police report. More are believed to have been treated for injuries.
Case in point, he said: Emergency room personnel at Akron General Medical Center told him that as many as 10 other people were treated for injuries that night after being attacked by a group of teens.
The Alchier family, who have lived in the Firestone Park neighborhood for about four decades, also expressed frustration over the city’s reaction.
During the assault, John Alchier said, he was placed on hold when he called 911 for police. He has filed a complaint about the call with the department, which said it was investigating.
Although police say they are investigating the attack, Alchier said last week that no detective has sought his interview.
”I think it’s completely appalling,” he said.

Let’s be honest, America is facing the same legal, moral and ethical questions that our Founding generation did, especially regarding the issue of “Who Is Sovereign in the United States.” For our Founders, they fought, bled and died on the principles that no man or government has the right to rule over others contrary to their agreement (i.e. compact, constitution) and contrary to the principles of natural law as revealed in the Creation of God; that all men are born in nature with the power to govern themselves; and that no Sovereign government, established lawfully by the consent of we the people, can be usurped and controlled by any other entity. Thus, today in America, the question once again comes down to “Who is Sovereign in the United States?”
Today, there are 3 basic options for “Who is Sovereign in the United States”: (1) the Federal government, (2) the State governments or (3) We the People. I feel confident in stating that most contemporary Americans believe that the answer to this critical question is the Federal government–especially as it concerns any practical effect on the power of and over government. For years, Americans have been brainwashed though public education, major media networks and politicians that ALL federal laws are the “supreme law of the land” and that no state law or action to the contrary is valid, citing Article 6, paragraph 2 of the US Constitution as their “irrefutable” proof. Of course they are completely wrong: American ideology and legal fact states that sovereignty rests with “we the people.” However, the question must be more narrowly defined.
That is, does the sovereign power of we the people rest with all the people in the nation as one body, or does the power rest with the people THROUGH the respective States? The answer to this question cannot be overstated, because if the sovereign power rests with we the people collectively as one body, then the States have absolutely no power and at the ratification of the US Constitution, the States lost all powers originally granted to them by their respective sovereigns (the people of that State). To the contrary, if Sovereignty rests within or through their respective States, then the States conversely have more power than what is being admitted today by the “Centralists” of our day.
Through an honest study of the history and the context of the Articles of Confederation, the US Constitution, the Constitutional Convention and subsequent Ratification debates, the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers, the rulings of subsequent US Supreme Court Rulings and the writings of political philosophers and statesmen of the 1700s and 1800s, the conclusion is undeniable and clear: We the People are the Sovereigns of the States respectively and of the States United through our respective States.
