This current situation we have with unemployment is due to government pushing it's liberal agenda into the lending arena. Policy and procedure, laws and regulations that has worked since credit come into existence, became the target of Congress and, as could be predicted, all went to Hail. This came on slowly (beginning in the 30s and now), is full blown with crippling outcome measures. When the Feds get involved, common sense get's dissolved.....plain and simple.

For some reason, the Feds thought they could buy votes by allowing those with bad credit secure a home loan. The Feds were correct. They were indeed able to buy the votes and, appears to have now, 'Bought the Farm'. It appears that the Credit Policies of old hold true. Those who have a history of bad credit will continue this trend or, at least, a majority will. History is just sooo amazing, isn't it Barney, Chrissy?

Let's see. The Feds got involved with our Prisons, Schools, Housing and now Lending Institutions. Tell me what happened?! Ok, I will. Crime has exploded along with Ignorance and the will to work for anything (to include a home with a mortgage). Thank you Mr. and Mrs.Liberal Parasite. We'll keep working while you keep jerking.
