Apartheid this and apartheid that…. OK guys getting back to reality apartheid was the best deal the blacks ever got or ever will get on white land. On white land you say? yes on white land. Fact is where the Boers migrated there was either nobody there (look up Difaquane if you suffer from ignorance over this fact) or the black chiefs granted land for services they asked for. It happened over and over land was granted(go google “verdrag tussen retief” on images and take a good hard look to see an example) OK so now that we have established that South Africa outside of the homelands was indeed LEGALY by BLACK AGREEMENT white land(oh I still hear the ignorance .. OK google Swazi King Mswati to see how he granted land on four different occasions,Dr Mathebula for some Black agreement on the historical facts, Or see how Lucus Meyer purchased land from King Dinizulu) Ok so now that we can see that it was indeed white land…Oh I hear the protests of what the black man got, What was that 13% you say? NO IT WAS NOT they got 50% go on fetch the map and take a look They got Lesotho, Swaziland, all the homelands AND THE WHOLE OF BOTSWANA which was part of South africa back then and besides the cape province only gets 300mm rainfall. Ok so now we hear the protests of how disproportionate 50% of the land is when there are so many blacks (go google “SA demography 1868-2001″ under images) There were 50% blacks in 1868! OK so now we hear the protests of how they got the worst land.. This is getting rather tedious but here goes (go google up a rainfall map of SA and a map of the black homelands in SA and take a look.. You see they chose those areas and nothing was ever taken from them so they live on the most fertile areas go take a look for crying out load. What you say the land has poor soils, What after hundreds of years of bad soil management they now have bad soil tell it to someone who has low IQ!

OK finally I get to speak on the Apartheid that took place on white land.
Apartheid was the best deal the black man ever got outside of their own land (the homelands) which incidentally the white man tried to grant to them as their own countries, but they were having none of it they didn’t want their land on which they had built nothing. They didn’t want their own sovereign place they focused on the other bit of land. Which is quite alarming because they flocked to their so called “oppressors” out-bred the whites at the alarming pace you see on that aforementioned chart. and now claim the white bit as their piece too! You see before the white man came the black man couldn’t write, didn’t have any technology above the level of the spear and didn’t have any idea of what democracy was (they still don’t). During apartheid their lifespan went up buy thirty years (now it is back to where it was before, during apartheid the white man’s taxes paid for the black man to be educated in school, what you say the education was not as good? What education did they provide themselves? Out bred 5 to 1 and outnumbered 10 to 1 it fell entirely on the white man to educate the equivalent of 50 families of kids ON THEIR OWN LAND and we want to complain about Quality!!! and the white man Built 1 new school per day! Why oh why would anyone do this if there wasn’t some safeguard like apartheid to protect their right to their land (and it wasn’t good enough by the way). So now that the soft natured whites did all this what do they get in return: NOTHING they get persecuted and called racists for not defending their right to peaceful occupation of their own land they leave in their millions for the blacks to take up the slack. Well if you don’t believe that apartheid was the best deal, you will when once again the black man sees nothing in his own country and flocks to the white man. Nearly two decades and nothing has improved, indeed the services are now collapsing, but it must be apartheid’s fault. Well for half a century the colonialists have left most of Africa, can anyone point to a shining example of black empowerment out there? Think quick cause the refugees are comming to a place near you. VERY near you.

Some of these posts are horrid and racist.

I’ve never harmed a soul, nor have I harbored racist thoughts or maliciously attacked any group, verbally or physically. All I wanted for my wife and I was a fair and equal opportunity to work, and to raise our children in a safe environment.

Fortunately, I left South Africa over a year ago, and have been living safe & prosperously ever since here in the United Stated.

My advice to those who have mature attitude toward living a better life, leave SA. It’s a pointless struggle bickering whether or not “this land is mine” or “your ancestors enslaved mine” Your best hope is to move to an actual land of equal opportunity, excuse the pun. I’ve witnessed enough mob-like mentalities & movements in South Africa - convincing evidence it’s heading in the same direction as Germany under Hitlers rule, and scarier yet, the direction Zimbabwe took under Robert Mugabe.

I am a white South African Afrikaans speaking male. i am 48 years old and lost my job 12 years ago due to affirmative action. That is the best thing that ever happened to me because like many other white south africans, I started my own business. I cannot leave this country. But why would I, I was born and raised here and this is my country. The interesting thing is that the whites in this country are entrepeneurs. A recent study has shown that whites are better off after the blacks took over because they were left to their own resources. I am richer today than I would ever have been working for blacks. The blacks in this country are corrupt, lazy and wants everything without working for it. I pity them because they bought their own misery unto themselves by voting for the Black ANC goverment. Unemployment is at a all time high and they suffer much more than during Apartheid. it is the age old Africa recipe, corrupt politicians that line their own pockets and care nothing for the fools that voted them into power. South Africa is going one way, and that is down but there is hope. The next war is looming. Luckily it will be black on black and the whites will sit on the side line and laugh.

I hope all South African Whites immigrate to America and bring their gold with them. Blacks want whites to leave South Africa, blacks in South Africa will see what happens to South Africa when whites leave.

I have seen a lot of whites saying here that SA had more blacks with cars than Russian whites had, bla bla bla etc. You know what ? Maybe blacks of SA , inspite of their alleged lesser capabilties, have the same urge like every other ethnicity/race/nation to feel free and not like a slave and maybe they are willing to give up their ‘cars ‘ and the ‘civilization’ that the white man brought. Just a thought for those same civilized people who seem to have conquered half the world either in the guise of spreading freedom/democracy or with the lure of trade .

Who told you that if you have better evolved than other races you get to be the masters everywhere ,no questions asked ? If whites haven’t been able to live under ‘black tyranny’ for what , two decades , how the - — - did you expect that the whole world will be your slaves just because you brought ‘civilization’ with you ??

Enough is Enough people of South Africa because throwing a living Snake to one another can not assist. Lets just first acknowledge that Apartheid has made lots of damage which if reversed will create havoc amongst all races in South Africa. But, lets first identify what propelled it, insecurity, Fear and Greed. Why now, they fear no more, are they safe enough than during Apartheid, Are they no longer Greedy? This is out of question because Blacks are more accommdative and tolerable, you can imagine what would have happened if the latter happended to the whites! What needs to be done now is to work together and ensure wealth balance by ensuring that all legislative frameworks like BBBEE, Affairmative Action, PPPFA and of course Employment Equity are responding to the challenges of all South Africans. We need to learn to accept one another and live together to build a better South Africa. I may conditionally acknowledge that Whites have done a lot in terms of development (Infrastructure development) but this will be a narrow focus particularly if i will make reference to the two nation created by Apartheid Regime one Poor one Rich (One White one Black). Lets work together and manage our tensions, yes i was born poor but not to be poor because presently opportunities are for everyone irrespective of gender and race.
