White-Flighters to head for North Wales!
North Wales is now under threat from the ripple effect of the massive population changes now happening in Liverpool. The city is now experiencing an influx of foreign people on such a scale that it will not be long before its ethnic makeup resembles Birmingham or London. As that happens there will be escalating “White Flight” of the indigenous people, out of Liverpool - in much the same way as is happening in London and Birmingham.
Where do you think White-Flighters will go?
There are a huge number of people of Welsh decent, or partial Welsh decent, in Liverpool! In fact you only need to look at the phone book to see that! A book published in the 1940’s entitled “The Welsh Builder on Merseyside” is worth reading just to see just how big an inpact they had on the city. Add to those ancestral links, the familiarity that Liverpool people have with North Wales - not least because of the number of holidays that so many have spent there - then it will surprise no-one to learn that the area will become the “destination of choice” for Liverpool’s growing army of “White Flighters”.
What we are probably looking at here is an exodus of a possible quarter of a million people over the next decade or two from Liverpool and the Wirral – most heading in the direction of North Wales!
If anyone thinks that this is pure fantasy then we recommend that they speak to Liverpool folk and ask them about what’s happening to their city!

Danes’ Anti-Immigrant Backlash Marks Radical Shift
Morning Edition, November 20, 2006 · An anti-immigrant backlash, bordering on xenophobia, is sweeping across Europe. Sentiments once associated with ultra right-wing parties are becoming mainstream. Many taboos are being broken — nowhere more starkly than in Denmark — the erstwhile poster child of the welcoming and nurturing welfare state.
Earlier this year, that haven of solidarity and liberalism was shaken by violent protests and deaths in the Muslim world over cartoons of Mohammed that were published in a Danish paper. Suddenly, Danes began to see their own Muslim immigrants as a threat to their national identity.
The cartoon crisis hit hard in the Copenhagen commune of Christiania, a bastion of the counterculture where freedom of speech is the paramount value.
Sculptor/welder Charlotte Steem, one of the commune’s 800 residents, says the violence with which some Muslims reacted to the Mohammed cartoons has undermined many of her convictions.
“There are a lot of things I don’t understand in [the] Muslim world,” Steem says. She recognizes the free society of her country but says she doesn’t know whether borders can remain open.

Agents arrest illegal workers at construction site
PALM COAST — Three illegal immigrants are facing possible 25-year prison terms and 37 others could be on their way home after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agents raided the Ocean Towers construction site this week.
Immigration spokeswoman Barbara Gonzalez said the 40 people arrested are from Honduras, Brazil, El Salvador, Mexico and Peru. They were working for two subcontractors: Owen Electric Co. Inc. of St. Augustine and Weston Coatings of Daytona Beach, Gonzalez said. Agents still were investigating the case Thursday, she said.
“All facets of the incident are being evaluated,” Gonzalez said. “In general, if a company knowingly hires an illegal alien, they are subject to criminal prosecution.”
The three men facing possible prison terms — Andres Melgar, Julian Nieto and Cesar Quintanilla, all of Honduras — were charged with felonies because they returned to the U.S. after being deported, officials said.
Gonzalez said the other 37 cases will be handled administratively, with the people going before a judge who will decide whether they should be deported. Those kinds of cases can take as little as a few weeks to as long as years, she said.
“Companies that use cheap, illegal alien labor as a business model should be on notice,” said Robert W. Weber, ICE special agent-in-charge in Tampa.

HAVE A HAREM: GETA HANDOUT
TAXPAYERS are shelling out more than £5 million a year for immigrants who bring HAREMS into Britain.
Under an astonishing loophole in British law, Muslims who settle here with up to FOUR WIVES are entitled to a raft of benefits.
If the wives married in a country where polygamy is legal, they can all hit the UK taxpayer for JOBSEEKER’S all owance, HOUSING benefit and COUNCIL TAX relief.
And if these harems have children they can also claim CHILD benefit and FAMILY TAX credits.
The exhausted husband also gets a Jobseeker’s Allowance of £90.10 a week for himself and his first wife.
Extra wives get £32.65 each.
Work and Pensions Secretary John Hutton was unaware of the bizarre system until The People began investigating. There are believed to be hundreds of harems in Britain.
Polygamy is common across the Middle East and Africa.
Welfare minister Philip Hunt admitted: “British law recognises those marriages. Income-related benefits can be paid for more than one wife.”

Let’s Build Walls Instead of Bridges: A One-Way Ticket to Home
Listen Up, Invaders!
I am not sorry if this sounds harsh to those illegals who expect that we should unquestionably accept them as Americans when they give little to nothing in return. I am not sorry if this angers them, because their fury cannot conceivably match my rage over their intent to destroy our America so that they can have it as Aztlan, or other insulting euphemisms, as “Republica del Norte.” (See map from www.illegalaliens.us/aztlan.htm). These are not illegal aliens who want to be Americans; if anything, they despise us, so how can we even consider welcoming them into our country? If they truly wanted to assimilate, then considering blanket amnesty might be a bit more palatable but with the hatred they have for us, they’re only creating greater animosity.
California Coalition for Immigration Reform [4/5/06, http://www.ccir.net] offers this: “On February 15, 1998, the U.S. And Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. They booed during the National Anthem and U.S. Flags were held upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of the U.S. Team were insulted, pelted with projectiles, punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at the U.S. Players before and after the match.” Is that not abhorrence for us? And these are people already living in the country, reaping benefits…and they loathe us.
So I am not sorry if this article upsets our country’s corporations who want illegals to work for them so that they don’t have to pay Americans fair wages. And I am not sorry if my tirade here disturbs our government who apparently wants illegals in this country to help their crooked, fat, corporate buddies, and who, also apparently, want to give our country away, or combine us as one “Americas”—from Canada, through Mexico, Latin and Central America, to South America—in their bid for a one-world, socialistic, feudalistic government. It’s an ingenious way to divide and conquer America. But I am sorry that our nation is dying because we Americans—nearly every single one of us—do nothing to stop this total abuse and occupation of our country.
This eroding of our country is not providential or accidental…it is deliberate, well-planned, and unrelentless.

Small towns clamping down
In small towns and sleepy suburbs across America, growing numbers of local politicians are sending a message to the federal government: If you won’t solve the illegal immigration problem, we will.
The trend started this summer in a small Pennsylvania town and swept across middle America, with at least 50 local governments considering immigration-related ordinances and roughly a dozen taking action. But nearly every local law aimed at barring illegal immigrants from working or renting homes has been stalled by a legal challenge.
In the Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch, where the City Council passed its own anti-illegal-immigrant ordinance Monday, Latino and Christian activists already are planning to sue.
Fueled by collective frustration and the ease of information-sharing on the Internet, the home-grown political movement has jumped from the Eastern seaboard to the California coast. The ”raging fire of ordinances” has the potential to profoundly change immigration law, said Mazaffar Chishti, the director of the Migration Policy Institute at New York University.
In Hazleton, Pa., the city wants to fine landlords and employers who do business with undocumented immigrants. In Taneytown, Md., the only official language is English.
Pahrump, Nev., even went so far as to ban flying a foreign flag, unless a U.S. flag flies above it.
”People are dreaming up these things with a sense of hopelessness that the government will help them,” said Michael Hethmon, an attorney with the Federation for American Immigration Reform, an organization that advocates for stricter immigration controls.
Frustration with feds
”It shows the tremendous frustration with the federal government in even the most remote places.”

New e-fit technology to catch attacker
A VIOLENT thug who broke a man’s jaw in a street attack is today being traced by police using innovative technology.
For the first time, the force is employing morphing techniques to combine two witnesses’ e-fit depictions in the hope the composite image will be recognised by a friend or relative of the attacker.
Dc Clifford Clark, of Ipswich police, said he believed it could be the first time the technique has been used anywhere in the country and he hoped it would bring the attacker to justice.
He said the image depicted a likeness of a man police want to trace in connection with an assault in Carr Street, in Ipswich town centre, between 1am and 3am on Sunday, September 10.
Two witnesses watched as the attacker, and an accomplice, spat at and then punched their victim, causing his jaw to be broken in two places.

Trafficking now ‘worse than African slavery’
VATICAN CITY (AP) — Human trafficking, including women forced to become prostitutes or minors forced to do child labor, is worse now than the trade in African slaves of past centuries, a top Vatican official said on Tuesday.
“This trafficking in human beings has intensified, persons put into slavery because they depend on certain criminals who take possession of these human beings,” said Cardinal Renato Martino, former longtime Vatican envoy to the United Nations and current head of the Holy See’s office concerned with migrant and itinerant peoples.
“It’s worse than the slavery of those whose slaves who were taken from Africa and brought to other countries,” Martino told a news conference to present Pope Benedict XVI’s annual message dealing with the problems of migrants.
The cardinal singled out modern-day forms of slavery — minors who are sold to do child labor or who are forced to be soldiers, as well as women forced to prostitute themselves — and challenged countries to combat these problems.

No longer a joke – France is having to take Le Pen’s threat seriously
Besides his penchant for champagne and singing outmoded French songs, far-Right leader Jean-Marie Le Pen is known to like a practical joke.
So when he strode purposefully out of his private office at the National Front’s presidential convention outside Paris this weekend towards the press tent, camera crews in tow, nobody seemed overly surprised when he veered off at the last minute into the lavatory.
National Front leader, Jean-Marie Le Pen, at his party presidential convention in Le Bourget, Paris
The cameras were still rolling when he reappeared with a grin, chin jutting forth, to carry on with the presidential show.
At 78, Mr Le Pen can afford such low farce: his popularity ratings have never been better.
An IFOP poll in this weekend’s Le Monde showed that 18 per cent of the French say they will “definitely” vote for the National Front chief.
That is nine points more than at the same period before the 2002 election, in which he horrified Europe by coming second to Jacques Chirac.
Mr. Le Pen is convinced that his fifth presidential campaign since 1974 – and probably his last – will end in the ultimate electoral earthquake in April’s elections: “My goal is not the second round, it’s the third: the presidency,” he said as he prepared the formal launch of his presidential campaign in Le Bourget, on the outskirts of Paris, yesterday.

TARGET 9: Illegal Labor
Local officials are joining forces and working harder than ever to send a strong message—that illegal immigrants and illegal workers will not be tolerated in the Ohio Valley.
Interstate 70 is known to be a major pipeline that brings many illegal immigrants crossing through the area.
Recently more than 90 illegal immigrants have been busted in Ohio County, but not all of them were just passing through.
“Everyone says we have an illegal immigrant problem, and I’m here to tell you we don’t. We have an illegal employer problem,” said Delegate Orphy Klempa.
Employers are being caught red-handed, stealing jobs from Ohio Valley workers by hiring undocumented workers.
The Ohio County sheriff, prosecutor, and lawmakers are teaming up to bring those employers down.
“We won’t tolerate unauthorized workers whether it’s illegal aliens or people that simply are not on the payroll,” said Ohio County prosecutor Scott Smith.
Typically, the West Virginia Division of Labor investigates cases, but for the first time statewide, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department did their own investigating. With the help of the prosecutors office, criminal charges are currently being filed against two out of state companies.
“If somebody comes in with a document and shows it to me and doesn’t speak any English at all, I need to find out where this person has been, ask for references and push the envelope a little bit further. And these employers, based on what I have seen aren’t doing that,” said sheriff Tom Burgoyne.
On top of stealing jobs from West Virginia workers, many undocumented workers don’t pay their fair share of taxes, said Sheriff Burgoyne and Smith.
“These people get treated at hospitals, are going to our schools. And they are not paying their fair share. The American way is to pay your fair share,” said Sheriff Burgoyne.
Right now employers face a $1,000 fine for hiring illegal workers, but some say that’s just a slap on the wrist.
